Cancellation Policy

Fresh Cart Groceries Service Policy Booking Policy: Customers can book their grocery delivery slots through our website or mobile app. Booking is available up to two weeks in advance. Customers are required to provide a list of groceries and any special instructions at the time of booking. For heavy loads (items over 20 lbs) and special non-consumable item requests, customers must indicate these needs during booking for appropriate planning and pricing. Cancellation Policy: Customers can cancel their delivery without any charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the delivery charge. To cancel, customers must use the cancellation feature on our app or website, or contact our customer service team. Waitlist Policy: In case of unavailability of preferred delivery slots, customers can opt to be placed on a waitlist. Customers on the waitlist will be notified via email or text message if their preferred slot becomes available. Waitlisted customers have a 2-hour window to confirm the slot upon notification, after which it will be offered to the next customer on the list. Additional Costs: Heavy Loads: An additional fee of $2 per item will be charged for items weighing over 20 lbs. Special Requests for Non-Consumable Items: A service fee of 15% of the item's cost will be added for the procurement and delivery of non-consumable items not typically found in grocery stores. Payment of Groceries: The cost of groceries will be calculated at the store's retail price. A service fee of 10% of the total grocery bill will be added for the shopping and delivery service. Payment Policy: Payment for groceries will be determined after the list is created before the shopping starts. Payment for delivery charges must be made at the time of booking. We accept all major credit/debit cards and online payment methods. The final receipt, including the cost of groceries and all applicable fees, will be provided upon delivery.
